But, is that what is hurting people?

This, making exclusive to places like Columbia, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, and other Central/South American Countries. We look for drugs in the wrong places. Marijuana is grown in Northern California and Colorado. Methlabs are located an any inner-city area, such as Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, and New York City. Not to mention places that are least suspected like the Ozarks and Rocky Mountains. Crackhouses? Same as Methlabs. Most of the consumption of these drugs are domestic. But Cocaine? It makes these cartels powerful. God-like. More money than ever is flowing through there. Especially places like Juarez and Tijuana.
