Well that’s how it works nowadays.
Dizzee Rascal has become pretty huge now. To be honest I enjoy his earlier stuff more than the more recent stuff. ‘Showtime’ is my favourite album of his, although ‘Boy in da Corner’ has some awesome tunes.
Yeah, that album is brilliant. And yes i do enjoy some Roots Manuva. Although, by reading British magazines, you’d think Dizzee Rascal was on top of the world. I actually don’t think he’s so bad though, so it’s ok.
@Alex703rockstar Yeah, we’ve both been fans of The Streets since his first album – Original Pirate Material. If you’ve not already you should check out Roots Manuva, who is arguably the cream of British Hip-Hop.

That’s a shame. ‘When Life Gives You Lemons You Paint That Shit Gold’ is on heavy rotation in mine and Bobs’ headphones. It’s shocking how few people know about all these incredible artists who are out there, but I guess that’s the nature of the pop charts and society.
Atmosphere is not very popular in the US, but I love them very dearly. Come to think of it, I’ve never actually met anyone in person who even knows who Atmosphere are.

Hahaha. I’d never thought of that, man. Good point!! During my creative writing degree I was always told that ‘I woke up and it was all a dream’ was the least imaginative ending ever, so I guess many people who have pop videos have little imagination.
Alright, on second thought, I was being a little hyperbolic. Incredible is too strong a word, but they were quite good.
